Parking details
I will drop off the car in the airport parking garage the day or night before your trip. Expect parking fees to be up to $30, depending on the duration. Shortly before your trip, I’ll provide photos and specific location details. The keys will be in a lockbox attached to the driver’s window, and the code will be given on the day of your arrival. To ensure a smooth process, kindly share your flight information, which will determine the designated parking structure for the vehicle drop-off.
Guidelines
1. Please do not smoke in the car. 2. Please return car with the same amount of charge as when picked up. Please start thinking about charging arrangements prior to pickup of the car. Your car will be delivered at least at the level of 7/8 EV charge. To avoid an EV battery recharge fee, kindly return the car at same charge level as delivered, or select the available Pre-paid re-charge extra for hassle free EV return. *Never discharge the cars battery* You must leave at least 20 mi/10% of battery range at drop off. (Do not discharge the car battery). It compromises the integrity of the battery. **Warning notification will occur and you will not be able to drive the car and severely damages the integrity of the battery.) 3. The car will need to be in the same clean condition (washed and vacuumed) as when it was delivered to avoid a cleaning fee. Prepaid cleaning fee does not cover upholstery cleaning (sunscreen film on seatbelts and seats for example), spills, stains, pet hair, excessive sand, mud or smoke removal. additional upholstery cleaning (sunscreen film on seatbelts and seats for example), spills, stains, pet hair, excessive sand, mud or smoke removal will incur an additional cleaning fee of $150 4. Please follow all traffic laws and parking regulations. You will be responsible for any tickets. If you get towed, you will be responsible for all fees. 5. If you use the new Tesla Supercharger during your trip, the fees are automatically synced to my personal account. You will be billed for these charges at the end of your trip. 6. All guests are required to show proof of auto coverage to rent this vehicle regardless of the Turo Protection Plan selected. No exceptions. 7. Please be advised that the GPS must remain plugged in at all times.

The vehicle was as described. Some minor wear and tear. Drove well and was very clean! Owner was very quick to respond to all conversations.

Although Eric’s communications were prompt and timely, the experience of renting this Tesla was sub par. My biggest concern with the car was that it showed and said in the listing as a brand new car, however the car felt and looked super beat up. The steering wheel is literally peeling away right upfront in the center and was embarrassing driving with my guests. Outside it had dings and damages of kind that didn’t hinder the driving itself but made it feel super cheap. It was also dirty and there were hairs on back seat along with what looked like a huge mud stain or brown stain on rear passenger seat. I myself own a Tesla 2019 so expected the 2021/ brand new car as listed to drive and feel like Tesla but the entire experience with the car was far from that. For this price or lil more, you certainly can get a new and nice cars out there. This car is truly beat up, especially not brand new like the listing says.
Also, I was not impressed about finding out that there could be upto $30 in parking fee to be paid by renter for picking up car at the airport which was not clear prior to booking. Being a local, I requested to pick up the car elsewhere or at the airport with communication to avoid paying the surprise upto $30 in airport parking but it was not going to be an option. Luckily in the end, I did pick up at their warehouse as their driver was not available to drop off at the airport. But my booking was way higher price with many fees and surprise costs for a beat up car.
I would just recommend that the listing should be updated with current TRUE condition of the car.
