I will drop off the car in the airport parking garage the day or night before your trip. Expect parking fees to be up to $30, depending on the duration. Shortly before your trip, I’ll provide photos and specific location details. The keys will be in a lockbox attached to the driver’s window, and the code will be given on the day of your arrival. To ensure a smooth process, kindly share your flight information, which will determine the designated parking structure for the vehicle drop-off.

By booking this vehicle, you agree to all of the following rules and guidelines: 1. Please do not smoke in the car & no pets. Please treat this car like your own. 2. Please return car with the same amount of gas when picked up. It is provided with a full tank, please return with full tank as well. You can also prepay a full tank of gas for $65 and bring it back empty. 3. We always sanitize and make sure the car is clean and sand free. To keep my baby in excellent condition: Please no smoking/vaping, no pets, no eating or leaving excessive dirt or sand in the vehicle. The car will need to be in the same clean condition (washed and vacuumed) as when it was delivered to avoid a cleaning fee. Turo recently removed the pre-paid cleaning so please bring the car back clean. Make sure upholstery is clean, clean spills, stains, pet hair, excessive sand, mud and NO smoking. Additional upholstery cleaning (sunscreen film on seatbelts and seats for example), spills, stains, pet hair, excessive sand, mud or smoke removal will incur an additional cleaning fee of $250 based on Turo's guidelines. Please give yourself enough time before returning the vehicle to wash and clean the car. 4. Please follow all traffic laws and parking regulations. You will be responsible for any tickets. If you get towed, you will be responsible for all fees. 5. Additional Turo Protection Plan is required to rent this car. 6. Please no off-roading or you will be billed for replacement tires, damaged wheels, alignment, and/or any other damages. 7. Please notify us of any damage/tickets/fines to avoid penalty charges. $250 fee for a missing/damaged key. 8. $250 CURB RASH: if there is any curb rash (when the rim rubs the curb) you will be charged per damaged wheel for repair, refinishing and painting. 9. Please be advised that the GPS must remain plugged in at all times.

• CHARGING

  -There are no super charges on the island, but there are many free chargers. Download plugshare or the Volta apps to find them. The adapter provided J1772 in the center console can be used to charge at public stations. Most public charges provide 20-30miles per hour. -Please download the Chargepoint app to find a majority of the paid chargers. -You may also charge with a regular wall outlet with the charging connector provided in the car. This will only charge at 3-5miles per hour. -Check with your hotel for charging. Some will charge it for you. -If you can, it is recommended to charge overnight. If this is not possible you must plan your trip to find chargers around the island. We are always available to help if needed. -Do not let the car go below 50 miles of range without charging to avoid a $200 fee.
