Directly BEHIND the ilikai hotel (hotel address is 1777 ala Moana blvd) and directly next to the Hilton Hawaiian village lagoon. - [ ] It will be in a paid public parking stall. This parking lot is just ahead of Holomoana st and Kahanamoku st. - [ ] I won’t be there to meet you because I would likely be late to meet and check you in as I have other obligations at that time but the contactless key exchange will be easy for you and it will be set up so you can pick up the car up without me there - [ ] I will send a screenshot to show you the specific lot the car will be in. I will send you pictures and videos to help you find the car as well when it is parked - [ ] The car will have the key inside. Just message me when you get to car and I will send you instructions on how to retrieve key - [ ] Please note that this is a paid public parking lot so you will need to plan to pick up the car close to the time you scheduled for pickup. please let me know when your arrival estimate is when you check in time gets closer

2. Wear and Tear: I take many photos of the interior (ceiling, under mats, under seats, trunk, etc.) and exterior (undercarriage, wheels, tires tread, etc.) of the car before each trip for documentation and my protection in case of damage. Renter is financially responsible for any wear and tear during the rental period. Any scratches dents and dings will be recognized and you will be accountable. Renter should also document with many pictures, the condition of car for your own protection. And Please, no smoking and no pets. 3. Parking: Be very very mindful of where you park. It is very easy to get a citation or get the car towed, especially in Waikiki. Remember you will be accountable. If you do not take care of the ticket, there will be Turo fees, late fees, court fees, and collection fees on top of the ticket cost and will be charged to your card automatically by Turo. Towing is perhaps the biggest headache for both parties, let’s avoid that altogether hehe. If in Waikiki you must be parked in a parking lot or structure. If you need parking suggestions, message me. 4. Gas: Upon drop-off, the renter must return the vehicle with the same amount of gas as received! You will be invoiced a refill fee +10$ inconvenience fee 5. Off-Road driving: No off-roading or driving on unimproved surfaces. Closing message: Enjoy yourself while in Hawaii, but please be mindful of any avoidable damage and treat the car as if it is your brand new car. I am not a big rental car company so things. like scraping wheels on curbs (ouch!).
