Easy to get the SUV. Our host met us at the airport. Was very friendly and answered promptly when I had questions.

Seller was excellent with meeting us to drop off the truck and then pick it up. The condition of the truck is a little rough, but I think I saved $800 over the Christmas week rental so I'm OK with it.
