If there is an emergency and I am not there to meet you, please take photos of all sides of the vehicle and the mileage. Thank you For booking with us.
Guidelines
-Dogs are welcome but I must return vehicle Vacuumed (clear of hair)and without damage. -no sitting on the hood. -no smoking (cleaning fee $25)

The jeep needs work before being rented. It broke down on us several times. The battery died at the worst time possible in the middle of nowhere. The drain plugs in the floor had been removed and my feet were burning the entire time from the exhaust heat. The engine has a very loud valve tap that I expressed upon picking up.

BEWARE! Chis was INTOXICATED at time of pick up and return of vehicle (claimed it was due to a friends wedding). Chris forgot to turn off lights, battery was drained and had to be jumped. Chris also returned gas on empty and refused to reimburse me for the cost because “he had to jump start vehicle”.

Everything was perfect. Juan is a great host, he made us feel like we were borrowing a friends Jeep while visiting Honolulu. We will be renting from Juan the next time we return.

Juan’s a super nice guy, but the jeep needs a bit of work. It doesn’t feel super safe to drive.

First time using Turo, and we had a great experience. Juan was so helpful, and very easy to communicate with. When we arrived he brought the car to us, explained how the car worked in great detail, and even suggested areas and activities to do in the area. We were staying at the Hilton and he even suggested places to park for free that were walking distance from the hotel. The car was great as well, the top goes all the way back which was my favorite feature. So nice to drive around Hawaii wind blowing in your hair was so nice. When I come back to Hawaii definitely will use him, 10/10 recommendation.
