A: I realize that you are on vacation, and you will probably get some sand or dirt in the car, guests are required by Turo to return a car that only requires a quick rinse or vacuuming. If you purchase a Post-Trip Cleaning in the Extra section, you do not have to clean the car before returning it and can return it with Moderate level cleaning required. ***In the event that the vehicle is returned filthy, including sand (really hard to get out of the carpets), sunscreen stains on the interior, you could be responsible for additional cleaning charges, which could range from $50 to $250*** Turo's info on cleaning for guests: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000808347-Cleaning-and-disinfection-policy-for-guests Q: What if I do not want to or have time to get gas? A: Wranglers have a 21.6 gallon gas tank, current gas prices are hovering around $5, which is over $100 for the tank, you can add Prepaid refuel in the Extras section, and no worries! *NOTE: per Turo "If you don’t replace the gas, your host can invoice you for the cost to replace the missing fuel plus a $10 convenience fee" Turo's info on refueling for guests: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990730-Paying-for-fuel Q: What if I want to have the car ready at the airport and drop it off at the airport? A: Go to “Pickup & return location” on the Jeep’s profile, click the drop-down and select Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. I will come with the keys, meet and check you in then off you go. When you are ready to leave our beautiful island, just drive back to the airport, park in airport parking, leave the parking ticket in the car, lock the key in the provided lock box, take pictures, describe to me where it is (Example: Terminal 1, Row D, Level 2) and you are done! ***Uber/Lyft current rates to take you from Waikiki to the airport is $60-$100 so this will save you time and $$$ (we will pay for parking at the airport)*** Q: What if I don't have time to drop it off or I just want to take the Jeep to the airport? A: Add "One Way Trip" to the rental, which means if your flight does not leave till 6 pm and your hotel ended at 11 am, you will have somewhere to leave your luggage and have a ride to the airport and you don't have to wait around for Uber/Taxi, just take off anytime you like. Q: What if I don't have time to drop it off or I just want to take the Jeep to the airport? As a reminder, we are a personal car share, not a car rental company so we ask you to please treat our Jeep as if it were your own and by booking our vehicle, you are agreeing that you have read and accepted all Terms and Conditions from Turo and below. [CLEANING / CAR WASH] • You will receive our car washed and vacuum cleaned. We assume that it will be returned with no more than a quick wash and or vacuuming for the next guest or add the Post-Cleaning extra [GAS] • You will receive our car with a full tank of gas, it is your responsibility to return it with a FULL tank (not somewhat full) or add the Post-Refuel extra [OTHERS] • Parking/Traffic tickets and Impounding must be paid by the renter directly to the corresponding agency BEFORE we receive a notice in the mail. A processing fee will be added to any ticket we have to process personally. • 🚭 NO Smoking/Vaping. Turo’s maximum cleaning fee will be applied if there is any: smoke/vape smell or other foul smell detected upon return. • 🐕 Pets, we love them but not in our Jeep, please no pets. • Doors can not be removed, please refrain from removing doors, any evidence of removal (paint chips) will be considered damage. • No Off-Road driving.
