Always exceptionally maintained and best of all this is a vehicle specifically for renting out to you. You will never have to worry about a last minute change of plans by me because this car is always ready and waiting for you! Car was great for our needs. Very easy to pick up and drop off and only 10 minutes from the airport so exceedingly convenient if like us, you are flying into Anchorage. Andre was easy to speak to via message and responded very quickly to a couple of queries I had.

Andre was helpful, but I was disappointed about his lack of flexibility and the car. I requested two weeks in advance to shave a few days off the back end of our trip and was declined. I understand it’s their discretion, but a little compassion would have been nice. Mostly disappointing was the features of the Jeep; it had the bare bones. For a 2016, I expected at least a usb that I could hook to my phone, but there is only AM/FM. There is a CD player, but I don’t know if it works as I haven’t had a CD in 10 years. So our road trip had no sound track, a huge let-down.
