Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000808347-Cleaning-policy
Will car come activated with toll pass?
Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all Miami toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.
Does gas need to be filled?
Please note guests are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.
What happens if I get a ticket on my trip?
You’re responsible for paying the cost of tickets that result from illegal driving or improper parking. You do not have to pay tickets related to the car itself. You’re also responsible for all parking tickets and related fines received up to 24 hours after the trip ends. If your improper parking results in the car being towed and impounded, you’re responsible for all related costs. If you receive a ticket, please let me know as soon as possible. Any parking tickets that are not in good faith notified to the host will be assessed a $70 dollar fee for administration plus late
Is there smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
Do you offer car seats, and any other amenities?
We have these amenities. Please ask for further details when booking the car. - Baby Seat - Infant Seat - Cooler Due to liability reasons, we cannot install car seats for customers. It is customer responsibility to install carseat.
Request to shorten the trip/change the drop-off location.
The trip cannot be shortened less than 24 hours before the end of the trip. The drop-off location cannot be changed less than 24 hours before the end of the trip.
Parking payment
If the car is delivered to the airport and your flight is delayed, you are responsible for parking costs.

Car was clean and quite enjoyable to drive around during our visit! Spacious for four adults and one toddler. Pick up and drop off was nice and easy especially since we had a morning flight in and didn’t have to deal with car rental lines! Would recommend for anyone to use and next time we visit, will save this vehicle for next trip! Thank you!

Such a seamless rental experience. Great and informative Communication made leasing the vehicle a much more positive experience than the regular car rentals (ie, Enterprise, etc. )
