It was amazing! I had an enough space for my kids and the items we carried along with us! The trunk space was AMAZING ! The features were great. Car drives smooth! Will be looking forward to booking again!

I booked a mid size SUV on Turo but had to switch to a different vehicle as the original wasn’t returned on time. While I appreciated the upgrade, the car wasn’t clean, especially the exterior, and the interior could have been better as well.
Biggest issue was the car came with less than a full tank of gas, which complicated the return process, as I had to guess how much to refuel. I ended up returning it with a full tank to avoid any issues.
On the positive side, communication with the host was excellent, and the pickup location was convenient. Improvements in vehicle cleanliness and ensuring a full gas tank upon pickup would make a big difference for future rentals.
