Take photos of the vehicle condition and upload photos via trip photos on the app/website. ➜ Contact-less Check-Out: The primary guest will upload photos of the vehicle condition and follow any instructions made at the time of booking. **If your trip is not marked complete and/or check-out photos are not uploaded within an hour after your reservation ends late return fees may apply.** GENERAL VEHICLE DELIVERY & RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: If you select a delivery/pickup service then the vehicle will be parked in the closest parking garage to the location you select. i.e. airport parking garage, hotel parking garage, downtown parking garage, etc. Anything outside of that we will coordinate the best route to go. Guidelines

Please return the vehicle On time⏰, Full of Gas⛽️, Cleaned💦, Vacuumed & Sanitized🦠 😞LATE RETURN⏰ Please return the vehicle the exact time of your scheduled trip end date and time (ONLY 30 MINUTES LATE ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS). If the vehicle is returned 30 minutes after your scheduled trip end time, the following late fees and additional usage charge will be applied upon checking out. ➤ 0-29 minutes late: No charge ➤ 30 minutes to 1 hour 59 minutes late: ½ the average daily trip price; $50 improper return fee at Turo’s discretion** ➤ 2 hours or more late: Average daily trip price for 1 day + $20* late return fee; $50 improper return fee at Turo’s discretion** **Improper return fee may be charged if you are unresponsive, abandon the vehicle, causes a trip cancellation, or other reasons determined by Turo. Due to cases of stolen vehicles, if you fail to return the vehicle within 24 hours after your trip return time, the vehicle will be reported stolen to the appropriate Police Department. If there’s any chance of a late return, you must request an extension via Turo as soon as possible. Contact your host about the request for a quick response. Arrangements made verbally or off-Turo extension are not acceptable. Process all trip modifications through Turo. Other arrangements are not valid and may result in a penalty fee. 💦CLEANING🦠 Please return the vehicle cleaned, sanitized, & vacuumed. Thank you!!! 😊 If the vehicle is returned unreasonably dirty* and/or requires heavy or severe cleaning, you will be charged a cleaning fee and a $30 liquid spill fee. Cleaning fees are based on the below cleaning levels. (Before and after photos will be provided for evidence) Please do not use any chemicals to clean the interior or exterior of the vehicle. The use of chemicals or similar products can cause damages to the vehicle. ❖ Moderate cleaning — up to $50** ❖ Heavy cleaning — $100** ❖ Severe cleaning — $150** ❖ Pet hair removal — $150** ❖ Multiple cleaning issues — $250** * “Unreasonably dirty” means that it requires a great deal more of the host’s time and effort than a quick rinse or vacuuming. ** Please refer to Turo’s “Cleaning and Disinfection Policy for Guests” for further details ⛽️FUEL Please return the vehicle full of gas. 😎 The vehicle will be delivered to you with a full tank of gas. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank of gas, a $10 convenience fee plus the price of gas fill-up ($3.00/per gallon) will be applied to your bill at the time of checkout.*** 🚬SMOKING AND PETS🐕 🚭 No smoking and No pets allowed. Smoking and/or pet fees will be applied to your bill at the time of check out if any pet hair, cigarette ashes, cigarette butt, smoking odor or any smoking evidence is found in the vehicle. This was our first experience of renting a car through TURO and it was amazing! Germany and his family were extremely helpful and courteous. We even had to adjust our times and they were very flexible. I would highly recommend booking with Germany!
