Smoke smell was strong when we picked up car. Had to buy air freshener. Apple car play would not work. We tried different cables as well but it would not work for us.

Very smooth process, direct instructions, great experience overall.
Car ran very well, (Mazda CX-5), no issues were encountered. Handling was tuned, interior was clean and other aspects were met with great standards.
Would recommend for trips.
