Read the guidelines below! Booking this car indicate that you have fully read the guidelines and are in agreement to the terms. Smoking, vaping or any type of marijuana smell is not allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess of $250 for detail and cleaning services. Unauthorized drivers are not permitted to operate/drive the vehicle. You are responsible for all traffic/parking tickets, please obey the law. The vehicle is equipped with monitoring for location, engine diagnostics and driving behavior. Removing or tampering with the device is not permitted as per Turo and may incur fines upto $5,000 (https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115009348587-Tracking-and-technology-devices)

Faqs

  • Does Vehicle need to be returned clean?

    The car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in the same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee.

  • Does Gas need to be Refilled? What octane?

    Please return it at the same gas level with 87 octane unleaded fuel (Regular). Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy.

  • Is smoking permitted in the Car?

    No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge up to $150 for detail and cleaning services.

  • Tolls: Do you have an EZ Pass?

    Yes I do! - Within 3-5 business days of the conclusion of your trip, I will forward an invoice through the Turo app for any tolls incurred during your trip plus a one time $5 processing fee. (Should you like a receipt or proof of toll usage feel free to ask and I will send via email or screenshot for your records as well). You may elect to use your own toll tag or pay tolls in cash yourself, in which case I ask that you please place it in the center console or if we meet at check in, it can be removed from the vehicle.

  • Can the trip duration be extended or reduced?

    If you are looking to extend the rental, go to trip details, hit "extend trip" as long as the calendar is open and I will approve. Just a click of a button and avoid late fee and no need to call Turo. If you are looking to return the vehicle early, send me a message and we can talk about the specifics.

  • Are pets allowed?

    No pets are allowed in the car.
