In February 2024, the engine was replaced under Hyundai's manufacturer warranty at a Virginia Hyundai dealership, making this SUV more reliable than many newer vehicles. Make sure to check out the "Extra's" section for picking up or dropping off at any Virginia Metro station or Airport that has parking, or any other add-ons... ✈️ Note for Airport Delivery - The vehicle will be parked at the airport, without the need for shuttles, Uber rides, etc. If you're flying into Dulles Airport (IAD) or Reagan National Airport (DCA), parking exit fees are a maximum of $21 at Dulles and $29 at Reagan, but could be less. The guest will be responsible for paying this one time fee when exiting the airport garage. To prioritize your safety and vehicle reliability, we conduct a Virginia Safety inspection every SIX months on our vehicles, exceeding state requirements of yearly inspections. Virginia State Police require all vehicles registered in Virginia to undergo an annual safety inspection, to ensure compliance with safety standards, and to have a valid safety inspection sticker. Our proactive approach to inspect every 6 months allows us to address potential safety and reliability issues early, so that you never have to worry about the safety & reliability of the vehicle. ⏰ Vehicle Returns • PLEASE let me know if you'll be returning the vehicle earlier than expected. Though I appreciate early returns, if it'll be returned to the airport early, I need to make arrangements to pick it up. I often reach out to confirm return the date & time. PLEASE NOTE - IF the vehicle is returned 1+ hours prior to the trip ending, and incurs extra parking fees at the airport, the Guest may be charged for the parking exit fees at the end of their trip. 🅿️ Smoking and pets • 🚭 No smoking or marijuana use in the vehicle. If the vehicle smells of smoke or marijuana, you will be responsible for additional cleaning costs. • 🐶🐱 No Pets. However, If you are traveling with or must bring a pet, please select the pet option in the Extras section of the booking and contain the pet to a carrier in the rear. Any excessive pet hair found in the vehicle may result in additional cleaning fees. Turo app and vehicle condition • The Turo app is required for all bookings. You will need the app for communication and trip photos. Please turn on notifications from the Turo app prior to and during your trip so that you don't miss any notifications, etc. Thank you. • The vehicle will be clean 🧼 with a full tank of gas ⛽️ upon pickup. If you return the vehicle excessively dirty or with less than a full tank, there will be a cleaning charge or refueling charges and fees applied.
