  • Do you allow smoking in the vehicle?

    No - pretty please do not smoke in the car! If you smoke in the cabin vehicle, I will unfortunately have to charge for the incidental cost of taking it to a professional car detailer to clean/de-odorize the interior.

  • Do you provide OTC medications or first aid items in the car?

    Yes! I have provided several items to make your trip easier in the event of minor incidences. **IMPORTANT: Please call 911, if there is a life threatening emergency. Do not depend upon these provided items for your health and safety. In the middle console, there is a blue and red container. The contents of these containers are: Red (OTCs) - (2) packets of the following generic OTCs + Tums generic (active calcium carbonate) + Pepto-Bismol generic (active: bismuth subsalicylate) + Advil generic (active: ibuprofen (NSAID)) + Bayers generic (active: aspirin (NSAID)) + Tylenol generic (active: acetaminophen) + Midol generic (active: acetaminophen, caffeine, pyrilamine maleate) + Benadryl generic (active: diphenhydramine) + Multi-symptom Cold Relief (active: acetaminophen, dextromethorphan hydrobromide, guaifenesin, phenylephrine hydrochloride) Blue (First Aid/Sanitation) - Band-aid flexible fabric (100 assorted sizes) - Neosporin generic (active: bacitracin zinc, neomycin sulfate, polymyxin-B 5000) - Hydrocortisone anti-itch cream

  • Do you allow animals (cats, dogs, etc.) in the car?

    Yes! I am paw-sitively excited that you will be bringing your fur-panion along with you! I do ask that you consider the items below. If you decide to bring your furry friend, please send me a message on the Turo app. I have a backseat cover that I can installed prior to your arrival which will hopefully make your trip a whole lot easier (i.e. prevent scratches to leather, provide water repellant surface that is easier to clean, etc.). If you forget to ask for the backseat cover, please just try to keep the cat/dog in an area that will be easy to clean later - i.e. in the open trunk where there are Weather Tech matts, etc.

  • Do you have any sanitary or disinfecting items available in the car?

    Yes. The following items are provided either in the center console or the glove box: - Kleenex - Napkins - Wet wipes - Neutrogena makeup remover cleansing towelettes - Hand sanitizer - Alcohol-free sanitizing wipes

  • I need roadside assistance. Who do I call?

    If your vehicle is not drivable or your need roadside assistance, call Turo's Roadside Assistance at 1-888-391-0460. No guarantees can be made regarding GhostBusters availability on any given guest’s trip. (Note: This is my attempt at a corny joke referencing the 1984 movie theme song for GhostBusters.)

  • I picked the Nashville International Airport (BNA) for pick-up location. Now what?

  • What do I do if I've just gotten in an accident?

    A copy of the information below is also printed and available in the car's glovebox. In case of an accident during the Turo reservation period: 1. Stay calm. Call the police if anyone is injured or if the total damages to all vehicles involved appear to be more than $1,000. 2. Obtain the following information: - The name, address, and phone number of easy driver, passenger, and witness - Vehicle information (license plate number, year, make and model) of other vehicle(s) involved - The insurance company and policy number for all vehicles involved - If possible, take a photo of the accident scene and damages to the vehicle(s) when it is safe to do so 3. Report all accidents to Turo as soon as possible. - You can report accidents on the Turo mobile app or Turo.com. If your vehicle is not drivable, call Turo's Roadside Assistance at 1-888-391-0460.   • What additional fees could I incur?

Cayla was a great host. She goes above and beyond will all the extras she’s thought of and has available in the car. The car is clean and well maintained. Drives very well and looks great. Will definitely use this car again in the future.
