Ric and Renissa responded on the Saturday after Hurricane Helene roared through my daughter's small GA town leaving a pecan tree on her Expedition. Power and cell service had been out over 24 hours. She and my 3 grands wanted to come to my undamaged home in Jax, FL but no rentals were available. Then a friend referred me to Turo.com and within a matter of a few mins of signing up and contacting them about their Hyundai Tucson, they replied it was available. She had a friend drive her to their home about 30 mins. away and picked it up within a few hours of signing up. Without Ric and Renissa's Turo service, it would have been a most difficult situation for a week for them. We'll definitely think of Turo when a rental is needed.
