TERRIBLE. was rented a faulty and dirty car and when tried to reach out the host didn’t respond for TWO DAYS, where at that point the battery had died because of a faulty light inside which was hanging from the roof. When I finally got ahold of Erick, after 48 hours of calls and messages...the car had to be towed. When I requested a full refund for the insanity, inconvenience and terrible experience (during a pandemic, might I add) Erick blamed his lack of response on “not being able to control cell tower or carriers” which seems like a blatant lie and excuse. I will NEVER rent from Erick or his “company”, 0% customer service and lacked any remorse over his poorly run business. BEWARE AND DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON.

Responsiveness was great. It was my first time using turo and they walked me through process. I wish the pics were a bit more accurate and up to date, but it’s a 10 year old car so I knew what I was getting.

The car is a lot more beat up inside and outside than the listing shows. Extensive rust on hood and rooftop. A lot of wear and tear to the interior with an odd smell. Would definitely have not rented if the listing was accurate. Would be 1 star except that the host is responsive and does make the pickup and dropoff easy.
