I had no issues until I was unable to be refunded a portion of the trip fees I paid I had up too 1400 miles with outbthe over charge but I truly didn't even out 300 on the vehicle n still had to pay for trip fee which was almost if not more then the rental itself, an I completely understand the fee n if I would of put more miles then I did I would maybe understand a lil better but the host n customer service were great but I truly believe I paid for a service I didn't use , I paid over 1000 for less then 300 miles I understand the rental fee but trip fee I don't......I beleive u should be charged the full trip fee n if returning car with less then half of milage included u should be refunded the difference as if u were charged for over milage
