The car was great! I did not appreciate the confusion surrounding the pickup and drop off. Pick up was late because the car wasn’t there. Someone eventually pulled up and got out with no instructions. I have used Turo several times and the car is always parked somewhere before I arrive, with detailed instructions. Likewise, for drop off I was told I would meet someone at the airport. Airport travel is stressful enough without trying to coordinate a meetup for a car drop off. I was finally told to park the car and let them know where it was. This should have been the arrangement the entire time.
