The communication was superb and the car smelt amazing when we picked it up.
I was initially apprehensive about using this vs. the traditional car rental service, thinking it was going to be stressful; however Terrence made this so easy and pleasant, he created a customer for life with Turo. 100%recommend.
The truck was amazing plenty of space for our family of 5 and luggage. it was so smooth it felt like we were gliding.

First and foremost, Mr. George has displayed the highest level of customer service that I have ever received. The vehicle that I rented was spacious, clean, drove smooth and was exactly what my family and I needed. There was a small mishap during my trip but Mr. George was more than understanding with a high level of patience. This was my first time using Turo. I was flying in with a 6 month old and flying out with a handicapped 80 year old so both were a challenge. Terrence was extremely patient and helpful.
