There are a few dings on the outside, but nevertheless the car is in great running condition, The Ford Escape boasts a comfortable ride with generously padded seats and cold air conditioning. The car is also equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, an USB port, rear window wipers, heated mirrors and ample trunk space for your luggage. Seats 5 comfortably. The vehicle is super clean and routinely sanitized. Great gas mileage up to 32 miles per gallon on the highway. Have peace of mind when you book from us as we take time to sanitize all of our vehicles on all surfaces and the air is also cleaned, sanitized and purified with UV-C air sanitizer and deodorizer. No pets are allowed in the vehicle and this is a non smoking vehicle! You will be charged up to $150 for any type of smoking. There’s hundreds of TURO host and cars listed on TURO but I will only book with Jerry. Every time I book he goes above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. I wish I could give more stars because he deserves way more than 5. I can’t wait to book again in a few weeks!!!!

Overall, we had a fine experience. The Escape runs great, was clean, and got us around all of New Orleans where we needed to go. Jerry was responsive to messages, and the pickup and dropoff were super easy and straightforward. Our only issue was that the previous renters had smoked in the car, leaving it smelling of cigarettes. Jerry was honest with us about it when we mentioned it during pickup. He had tried to clean and deodorize it prior to our trip, but it just wasn't enough to remove the smell. Cigarette smell is very hard to get rid of. Again, our overall experience was fine, but it would've been nice to know about the issue before check-in so we could make other arrangements or could've had our car swapped out for a different one.
