Guidelines

Car will be delivered with approximately 90% charge or about 285 miles of range. Renters will be billed for actual supercharger usage. Please return with at least 30 miles of range. The car is to be used for normal driving only. No street racing or racing on the track.

Faqs

  • How can I charge your electric car?

There are three options to charge the car. 1. Tesla Superchargers. This is the fastest and most convenient way to charge the car. Tesla superchargers will automatically bill the account of the host for amount of electricity used to charge the car. This amount will be reimbursed by the renter at the end of the return period. 2. Tesla Destination Chargers. These chargers can be found at some hotels and should be free to use, although the charging rate is slower than that of Tesla superchargers. They are designed to charge the car over several hours or overnight. 3. Third-party EV chargers should only be used as a last resort. Not all third-party EV chargers have the correct plug (J1772) to charge a Tesla. They often require the customer to create and account and use a credit card to pay for charging.

Quoc had a great walkthrough for everything you need to know with the car. He was great to work with. We loved the car, and it helped us make our decision to get a Tesla. I would recommend his to everyone.
