You are financially liable for any interior and exterior damages while the car is In your possession; including but not limited to: Dings, scuffs, scratches, rips/tears, excessive wear. Please insure to make photographic note of condition of cars interior and exterior state prior to driving away. Pets policy: Pets (other than service animals) are prohibited. Cleaning policy: We thoroughly clean and sanitize our vehicles between trips. We charge a $150 violation fee for abusive and irresponsible cleaning incidents. Fee also charged if a pet is transported without prior approval, returns the car with a significant amount of animal hair, or returns the car with a cleaning issue that could have only been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior Smoking policy: Guests are strictly prohibited from smoking inside of our vehicle. $250 fee for violation of Turo no smoking policies. Please be considerate of not only our family who uses this vehicle when not on a guest trip, but other guests as well. Smoke stays in the vehicle for long time and is very difficult to remove. Thank you in advance for not smoking in this beautiful vehicle.

• What about tolls?

  There are a number of areas in the Denver Metro area and the mountains where there are toll roads. If you need to use those toll roads, we will send you a toll bill sometime after your trip has been completed. That bill gets mailed to us by the company that controls the tolls. Thank you in advance for paying that bill in a timely manner!
