Good guy. Pick up and drop off was easy and he was willing to be flexible. It has a DVD player that kept the kids entertained so that was really nice. There were several mechanical issues with the car though. One tire had a pretty quick leak and had to be filled up several times. I didn’t find this out until I got to the pickup time. The car pulled to the right heavily for a period of time and then just quit all of the sudden. Check engine light came on about 3/4 of the trip. Worth renting again, but I would ask about these issues beforehand.

James' vehicle was clean and as advertised. It rode smooth and the pick up and drop was seamless. I will definitely use his vehicle again!

James was professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs as a customer. He worked with my schedule and needs. I am a working dog handler and so grateful he trusted the care of his car with me. It's always a hassle to go through rental car agencies with a K9 and he made it a dream. I will be reaching out and renting from him when i teavel back up for my recertification. The vehicle is AWESOME! It was well loved by my search and rescue team! Thank you to James and Turo for providing me security in my travel needs. I highly recommend James for your needs.
