Once you book with us the pickup instructions will be shared with you. You may leave your personal car parked at our location as long as it is legally parked. Neither myself nor the complex is responsible for any damages, vandalism or theft to your vehicle. (We are located in a nice area and it’s a new complex so it shouldn’t be an issue but have to put that disclaimer).

Please leave your furry friends at home 🚭 Absolutely no smoking, vaping or drugs ⛽️ Please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it was provided to you with. Any discrepancy and your account will be charged Fuel + $10 Convenience Fee (Turo Policy) ⏰ Please be on time. If you would like to change the duration of your trip, I will always approve it as long as you give me a reasonable heads up and no other renters have booked the car already 🧼 The military gave me OCD so cars will be impeccable before each rental. I don’t expect renters to return cars that look like they’ve been professionally cleaned, but please bring them back as clean as possible. Cleaning fees will be assessed for any excessive cleaning that needs to be done on your behalf

• Do I need to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas?

  Car will always come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at same gas level. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.

• What happens if the vehicle gets tickets or citations ?

  It will be your responsibility to pay for any tickets during your trip. please notify us so we can get them paid ASAP. Turo will back date all tickets to your account.

• Is smoking permitted in the car ?

  NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell or ashes of any kind, we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services as well as possible removal from the platform.

• I lost/broke/water damaged the key fob, what do I do?

  Cost of the key will be charged to the guest plus $150 inconvenience fee, plus any towing fees if vehicle needs to be towed. We do have spare keys for vehicles. But it will be on you to pay for the new key, They usually cost $125-300 depending on the type of key. (If you happen to find the key you lost after sending payment for the new key, and we have already paid the dealer to make the new key, there’s no refunds. The new key is already made at that point. This should be common sense but we have had someone ask).

• Will car come activated with toll pass?

  The car does not come with any kind of toll pass. We will submit the charge to you for reimbursement upon receiving the mailed bill - payable via Turo app.

• Do we have to clean the car prior to returning it ?

  Car will be provided to you clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee.

• Can I pickup at 2am?

  Yes, we use remote handoff and instant booking so you can pickup and drop-off 24/7.
