The car was nice, the location was close to the airport and the host was very accommodating. My only thing, would be the invoice I got at the end. It wasn’t expensive, however there was no receipt or proof of the charging fee amount. It’s uneasy feeling knowing that you can be charged whatever amount and it be sent to collections without a breakdown of what you’re paying for.
Hello Amanda. Thank you for renting from us. We provide reciept to Turo and that the only way we can get our refund back for any fees. If Turo did not provide reciept you should contact them or i can send reciepts via turo massage

The charging fees at the end seem a bit high $159 extra for this rental. I would never rent a Tesla again the invoices and charging sessions don’t seem right. Better off with a gas vehicle I’m sure 7 days wouldn’t have cost this amount

Host is VERY polite and very helpful. The reason I scored it this way is because I booked a 24 hour reservation with a 200 mile cap. I rented this Tesla with that in mind and understood. I picked up the vehicle at 70% only. Yes, the cold weather negatively impacts battery life, however that should have been considered by the host. Further, the battery may have actual issues which require service from Tesla. Even at 70% battery, I had to pull over and charge twice, in order to complete my task. I paid extra to NOT have to charge the battery at all, yet I wasn’t even given enough battery life to complete an 83 miles round trip. I specially reserved this vehicle with my schedule in mind. Instead of being able to stick to my schedule, I was forced to locate charging stations and then charge the vehicle to be able to even get back. I had to stop at a hotels charger and get a mere 6% charged in about an hour, then I was able to make it to a supercharger 13 miles away, and then spent another 20 minutes charging to 42% and returned the vehicle to the host at only 11% meaning that I lost 31% of battery life by traveling 29 miles. I feel bad having to leave this review, but I don’t want another person expecting a smooth and easy experience and then having to do what I did. The host is a very nice man, however and I hope he learns from this.
Ben Statements here is not true. He pick up car at 83% not 70%. Then he drop 70 miles on the same day and park over night with sentry mode on. I suggest him to charge at Tesla supercharging station instead he charge at 3rd party station then when i text him , he switch to tesla supercharger. On top op that not just cold weather he driving style also a lot to do with range. The car is just fine. And i dont even charge him on trip charging cost.
