Please read through the following guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. 🚫 No racing, no towing - Engaging in these and other prohibited uses violates Turo policies (https://help.turo.com/prohibited-uses-Hyi0E4l49) 🚫 Smoking, vaping, and drugs are not allowed in the vehicle. We charge a $150 cleaning fee to remove smoke, odors, stains, etc. 🚫 Pets are not allowed in the vehicle. We charge a $250 cleaning fee to remove pet hair and stains. Any damages will be assessed and billed accordingly. 📌 Only registered and approved drivers are permitted to operate the vehicle. Please ensure that all drivers are authorized through the Turo app. 📌 Please follow all traffic laws and regulations, including speed limits and parking restrictions. ⏰ Please be on time. If you would like to change the duration of your trip, we will do our best to accommodate you BEFORE your trip ends. ✅ Please return the vehicle in the same condition it was received, with a full charge and a clean interior. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessively dirty vehicles, and a low fuel convenience fees and fuel cost or low battery fees may be charged if vehicles are not returned in the same condition. 📋 Any damage or accidents must be reported to Turo immediately.
