This is a soft retractable top, so, you have the ability to remove this soft top with ease. The front pieces above the driver and passenger are easy to take off. (Cigarettes, Weed, E-Cigs, Vaping) We will charge up to $250 for smell removal if policies are violated. * No pets inside vehicle, you will also be fined through Turo if the policies are violated * NO off roading, mud bogging, etc. this will result in additional fees if rules are violated.
Faqs
I'm running late for my return. What do I do?
This will be dependent upon other reservations, and if there is one right after your return. If you know you're going to be late, please request the change via Turo App so we can plan accordingly. If you are more than 30 minutes late, Turo may exercise their 'Late Return Policy' which means you will be charged an extra day, along with any additional late fees. All we ask if that you please communicate with us and let us know your ETA as often as you can. We overly communicate, so we ask that you do the same; its so important in this industry.
Does the car have to be as clean as I received it?
Yes of course! This is probably the #1 thing in the car sharing industry. It is expected that the car be returned as clean as it was received/delivered. If there are any strong pet, smoke, or vomit odors in the vehicle there will an additional (up to $100) fee in addition to the cleaning fee. If there is any sand, beverage/food spills in the vehicle there will also be an additional fee up to $75. Regular cleaning fees can range from $10-$40. ** Stained seats will result in additional fees, please do your best to not spill anything that may stain**
Can I change my pickup time and location?
Yes, you may. We kindly ask that you do so via Turo App. If we can do it, we will approve any changes to your request. However, there is no guarantee.
Is the car equipped with a Toll Pass?
For the convenience of our guest, our vehicles have SunPass so you don't have to worry about stopping and paying along the way. Here in Orlando, it's impossible to avoid tolls, so we've done what we can in order for you to maximize your trip, with that said, use the toll roads. We will bill you for tolls and airport parking (if applicable) directly through an 'incidental invoice' via Turo app once your trip has concluded. BTW: Do not stop and pay at the tolls, we will still get billed, which will result in you double paying for tolls. You will be responsible for the bill at the end of you trip.. we wish tolls were free, unfortunately they are not.

Communication was good. However upon picking up the vehicle at Orlando airport I multiple warning lights on. The washer fluid light was on due to an empty tank. The left rear signal light was on due to the light being completely full of water and bulb corroded and broken. (I fixed both myself) The auto start warning light is also on and not functioning. I believe it’s the third party company they use for cleaning and maintenance and not the owners but it’s still very frustrating to start a trip this way.

The jeep was great and everything we anticipated. We do not own one but would really like to get one to enjoy the wind in your hair and fun ride. I do wish there were directions and all equipment available to properly put the top down, however we managed to make the most of it. The owners were great and easy to work with. Will definitely rent their keep or Corvette again. :-)
