We take care of all of our cars and we are absolutely glad to deal with our guests. Our cars are here for your enjoyable trip to sunny California. Always a fast response. Here are some rules for our guests. Please make sure to read them before the trip. Thank you! The car should be returned in the same condition you receive it. Please, don’t smoke and eat in the car or it will be a 300$ cleaning fee if this rule is violated. You will receive the vehicle with a full tank and I ask you to return it with a full tank too. Fill up the car only with 91 premium gas. Please leave the receipts for the gas in the glovebox. The vehicle should be returned as clean as the guest received it. The car should be ready to rent to the next customer. You always can choose an extra option – post-trip cleaning. Guests will be charged a $50.00 fee for a car wash if the vehicle requires exterior cleaning and an interior vacuum of carpets and seats upon return. If you need to extend your trip please request it through the Turo app before your trip is over. Late returns will be charged according to rules. If you receive any tickets or tolls during your trip please pay immediately. If we receive your ticket through the mail you will be charged an additional $200 processing fee on top of the ticket cost. Please don’t give the vehicle to another driver. If you want to add the second or third person to drive the vehicle, you must notify the Turo or the owner of the vehicle! If we notice a driver who is not notified to us, you will be fined 500$. Don’t forget that pick up and drop off is always the same place. If you want to order a delivery or change drop off location, please make a request only through the Turo app. We are always ready to confirm your requests. Feel comfortable about that.
