Beyond impressed with how our experience was with Alex and Turo. We experienced an unfortunate situation when we locked the keys in the car and Alex went above and beyond to assist us. He even offered to meet us at the location we were at but it was four hours away so he even offered to meet us halfway. He made sure the entire time we had this situation that we were taking care of and wanted to do anything he could to assist us. Not only does he have extraordinary customer service but the vehicle we rented from him was extremely clean ran smoothly and he met with us with a friendly personality and made sure we were OK with everything before we left. It’s not like customer service nowadays to have somebody so personable and attentive, but Alex was and we sincerely appreciate everything that he did to accommodate us. If there is more than a five that we could give Alex we would!

Hassle free, car is very clean. Alex is very nice even offered to delivery the car earlier than booked time. This is my first time trying turo and am glad i picked the right car/renter!
