Valid driver's license required at pick-up: for everyone's safety all pick-ups and drop offs will be contactless and the key will be in the car for you. With Turo's new contactless handoffs the following items are mandatory before picking up the car: 1 - Please upload a photo of your driver's license to trip photos 2 - Please upload a photo of yourself holding your license (you can upload these photos by going to your reservation page and scrolling down to click "add photos" to upload.) Tesla supercharging stations will automatically bill to the car and will be forwarded to the renter at the end of the trip (usually $15-$25 per charge). Car must be returned with a minimum of 30 miles of range. Tolls, parking tickets, etc during trip will also be forwarded to the renter. Wheel/rim damage will be charged at $250 per damaged rim to have them repaired and powder-coated. A lost key will incur a $100 replacement fee. This is a smoke-free/odor-free vehicle. No smoking or vaping of any kind are allowed in or near the vehicle. If we smell any smoke/vape/marijuana odor, even just from transporting it, the maximum cleaning fee will be charged ($250). Please keep all odor's away from the vehicle. Pets are NOT allowed in the vehicle at any time. This is to both protect the vehicle and protect future renters who might have allergies. Any pet hair or dander found in the car will result in additional cleaning fees. All drivers must be approved through the Turo app insurance. We require full coverage, not just liability insurance. If you don't have full coverage on your personal vehicle, you must add the Standard or Premier Protection plan.
