The journey of infinite fun begins with renting our Infinity EX35 Journey!  Whether this is a planned out trip or a last minute get away, we are happy to help! The car is fun, clean and reliable, a comfortable and professional vehicle fir for exploring the great city of Phoenix! Plush black leather and the stylish, inviting Infinity interior design makes the trip relaxing. A full suite of features and electronic additions provide entertainment and practicality for many of the various moments of an adventure in the sonoran southwest desert. The hatch back provides lots of room and storage for luggage and the car seats up to 5 passengers comfortably.  Our service first goal is to make every part of your rental experience easy, convenient and simple. Enjoy a paper free and touchless booking experience, both pick up and drop off all through the Turo app. Local renters experience the same ease and simplicity with remote drop off and pick up. We do not cancel and will keep the car serviced and clean for a fun and dependability. The car is smoke free. ***See Turo’s NO SMOKE policy*** The car is also regularly sanitized between each trip to ensure it is safe and ready for the next guest.  Our family is from the great state of Arizona so we are a wealth of knowledge regarding activities, food, sites and fun!  ***If you need the vehicle delivered to your address, please text the number listed and we will do our best to accommodate the request. ***Please keep all fuel receipts when returning the car *** Please refer to guidelines for paying for any tolls or tickets *** If you rent the car for 2 weeks or longer we will pick you up from your location and at the end of your trip we will pick up the car from the location that is most convenient for you.  Free within a radius of 10 miles  ***GUIDELINES*** To avoid post trip fees, please return the vehicle with a full tank of gas and the same clean condition it was received in. Up to $250.00 could be charged if car does not return clean at check out.  No food or any beverages inside of the vehicle.  Any stains will result in a deep cleaning fee.  NO SMOKING – Charges will be applied if there are odors/traces of smoking inside the vehicle. No smoking marijuana, fragrances, air freshener.  Any lingering smell will be reported to Turo and charges up to $250 may apply.  NO PETS – Unless given prior approval by host. If approved, an extra pet fee of $100 will be added when booking to cover any post trip clean up.  What do I do if I get into an accident? (You are responsible for up to $3,000 out of pocket cost for deductible) The Turo insurance card is located in the glovebox  Please report all accidents to Turo as soon as possible. GET A POLICE REPORT IMMEDIATELY Always obtain the following information of each driver, passenger and witness Name Address Phone number Name of insurance company and policy number from all vehicles involved If possible please take pictures and or video Call Turo at 1-415-965-4525 for 24/7 customer support What do I do if I get a ticket? All tickets must be paid by the renter directly to the corresponding agency BEFORE we receive a notice in the mail in order to avoid a convenience fee of $50.  As long as the ticket is not a moving violation or photo ticket and you notify Turo/Host and pay the ticket Turo won’t charge any extra fees. Can someone else drive the car? If you want to add another driver to the approved drivers list, you need to add their information as an additional driver. Secondary drivers must: Have an account and be approved to drive on Turo Access the vehicle only with the primary driver present Drive only with the primary driver present Never have access to the primary drivers account If phone, account info or other access is provided to the secondary driver in order for them to drive the vehicle without the presence of the primary driver, primary driver will be held responsible for any damages and you may be removed from Turo Can I extend my trip? If you need more time on your trip, notify the host and request and extension.  In the app, tap “Change Trip” to submit your request.  If the vehicle is already booked or the request denied, the vehicle must be returned at the original time.
