Muhammad needs major work on his customer service and improvement with pickup and drop-off. We booked our car service for Oct27-Oct30 for 3pm-12pm. We arrived a little early at the airport so we contacted him before 3 letting him know we were there. He reached back out to us letting us know he had messaged us earlier and where to go for the pickup..the instructions for airport pickup informs us to go to a destination and we will be pickup up by a private service so we were under the impression we were being pickup by a shuttle after having a hard time of locating where to go he told us he would be picking us up and to just go out and wait. It was a little after 2 at the time so we waited after waiting for over 30 minutes when he told us he was on his way we called him asking about his eta and he sounded uninterested and as if he did not care we were waiting.. we were not picked up until after 3:15.. he did not introduce his self or speak once he got out the car.. he seen us putting our bags in and asked us for help we said no and he told us to upload info on the app and that was all.. he was picked up and left. One the day of drop off he told us to drop the car off at a location and we would be picked up.. we were picked up by Lyft after waiting 15 mins at the location he told us to the drop the car off.. once the Lyft arrived we were denied because he ordered an Lyft that did not seat 6 ppl. Once calling him and explaining the issue he asked us to purchase another Lyft on our own.. we said no due to that not being our responsibility.. he told the Lyft to cancel our ride after we were already waiting over 15 mins and had a flight to catch in less than a hour.. we received the car with crumbs and not cleaned.. would not recommend his service

JaDanarian, We apologize you had a bad experience as well and there is an misunderstanding your were offered another uber/lyft on us and also offered 2 ubers as well but you denied because uber does not have an option for more than 5 people and sane with lyft. We hope you have a safe journey home.
