Guidelines
For maintaining a good smell of car for next customers, smoking is not allowed while you're driving this car. Pets are welcome, but please return the car clean. If you return the car with stains, spills or with pet's mess(pet's hair, leather seats scratched..),you will be charged $150 for the detailed cleaning. You will pick up the car with a full tank of gasoline. Please fill full gasoline in the tank when you return the car. Otherwise, you will be charged for the gas that I refill plus $10 convenience fee. For late returns from 0 to 29 minutes late, there are no charges; from 30 minutes to 1 hour 59 minutes late, the charge is ½ of the average daily trip price; and from 2 hours or more late, the charge is the average daily trip price for 1 day + $20 late return fee according to the Additional usage policy.

Andy and his sister made the pick up and drop off quick and simple. They were responsive and friendly with communication. Car was very clean and smooth to drive. They provided a phone holder in the car which made it convenient for our trip as well. Would definitely book again if needed!

Awesome car and great host! Everything works on this Honda Pilot. Clean and tidy. The phone mount that comes with the car was helpful. Host was very responsive. I had change drop off and pick up addresses the last minute due to airbnb mix-up but all changes and request were accommodated. Highly recommend Andy and his Pilot!
