2015 Benz ML350 4 MATIC Sport. NICE AND SMOOTH RIDES. I take great pride in keeping my cars cleaned and safe to drive. To prevent the spread of germs during this flu season every car is cleaned thoroughly with anti-bacterial before and after each trip. Cars will also be inspected before every trip to ensure in good running condition. ** TOLLS: Road fees or TOLLS are not included in the advertised rate. ** PLEASE PICK UP AND DROP OFF THE CAR ON TIME.   • Is smoking permitted in the car?

    NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.

  • Does gas need to be filled?

    Car will usually come with a full tank of Premium 91 gas. We use Premium 91 gas on all of our fleet. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee. Costco premium gas is acceptable. There is a Shell/Costco 1-2 minutes away from our pick up and drop off location.

  • Will car come activated with toll pass?

    Cars is NOT registered with the toll pass. If you need to cross bridge or use the FasTrak lane, please bring your Toll device/Toll tag with you and place it on the dashboard of the vehicle you rent. Thank you.

  • Pet friendly?

    Pets welcome, but please return the car clean and remove all pet's hair or smell. If car returned with pet's hair or smell. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.

  • What if emergency happened?

    Please call 911 if emergency. For non-emergency or semi-emergency, please contact Turo support @support.turo.com or message me via turo message. Please allow 1-2 hours response time.

  • Do we have to clean the car when returning?

    Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. Renting from Hangfai was overall smooth! The car was comfortable and clean. We were able to utilize the AWD features for our trip through the snow. Hangfai was quick to respond and thankfully he was there at check in. Note a few things. First. The check in was in theory a great contactless process , IF you don’t have T mobile. When we got there we weren’t able to actually check in and communicate through the app due to no service near the pick up building. Thankfully Hangfei was there in the office, so just a heads up to book pick up during office hours. Drop off I was able to text him and then uploaded the pictures when I drove away since he wasn’t there. Second. Unfortunately there was an issue with the fuel level sensor, which although Hangfei notified me prior to the start of the trip, I was notified at. 5:07pm. Our pick up was 5pm the next day, which meant I could no longer have the option to cancel it if for some reason I wanted to. This basically meant we had to make extra stops to insure that we always had enough gas. Kind of a hassle when dealing with tons of snow. Third. The coolant light came on on the 3rd drive of the trip. I had to pop the hood, go to a auto zone and have it topped off since with snow we wanted to insure everything was ok. Note that Hangfei was Very responsive during the problem. In spite of these 3 things, I would recommend renting the car and renting from this turo host. There is no perfect situation in most rentals, but overall the experience was good.

Car indicated it had over 1/4 of gas left and it completely shut off in the middle of the highway, I had to leave the car in the middle of the highway walk miles to a gas station which seemed the only way the car worked was with a half tank of gas. The owner offered me a 5% discount for the next rental but honestly I wouldn’t take the chance putting anyone in this situation. Also note this happened twice, costing me $150 additional in Ubers and gas tanks
