The host was great and answered every question I had about their BMW iX in advance. The car was clean and in great shape, especially for all the miles on it.
the only small hiccup was the front parking camera in the car was defective on pickup (the lens on it was broken and view was fuzzy), which the host said they'd have to get fixed.
