It's crucial to maintain a smoke-free and pet-free environment in the vehicle. This not only helps in preserving the car's cleanliness but also ensures a pleasant experience for the next renter. As a policy, only the registered guest is permitted to drive unless additional drivers have been added and approved by Turo. We want to ensure that you are fully aware of this rule. Renter and Any additional driver added must be at least 25!! EZ-Pass tag is included. You will be invoiced once the trip is completed and charges are available. Vehicle is not permitted to be used for any illegal activity of any kind. Please return the vehicle in the same condition as the pickup. i.e. full tank of gas unless you selected the prepaid fuel option and clean. There will be a cleaning fee if the car is returned dirty. Example: muddy exterior, interior stains and spills on floor mats and seats, trash left in car. The vehicle will always have a full tank of gas at the start of your trip. If the vehicle is not returned at the same fuel level as pick up, a $10 convenience fee plus the cost of remaining gas to fill the tank will be invoiced at the end of your trip. We are flexible with allowing extension as long as the vehicle is available. If there is a possibility you will need to extend your trip please attempt to do so in advance at least 2 hours or more before your trip end time on the app. There will be a late return fee invoiced at the end of your trip. Unless trip was extended and approved on the app. There may be another reservation so please plan accordingly.
Is smoking permitted?
No, Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. If guests smoke in the vehicle, Turo will invoice them a smoking fee. Please avoid smoking in the car. If you require a smoking vehicle, do not rent from me, respectfully.
Do I have to refuel before returning the vehicle?
Yes, the Vehicle is given with a full tank of gas and must be returned with a full tank of gas. If the guest returns vehicles without refueling, they will be invoiced at the end of their trip and will receive a $10 convenience fee.
Can I ride my pet in the vehicle?
No, although pets are great companions, they are not permitted in the vehicle. The owner is allergic! Thank you for understanding and respecting this very important request.
Do I need to clean the car before I return it?
Please remove any trash and personal items before returning the vehicle. This is my personal vehicle that I make available for guests. I take pride in offering every guest clean and safe transportation. Please help me keep my vehicle in great condition by keeping it clean during your trip.
How does the EZpass toll tag work is it included in the daily rate or do I have to pay?
I include a VA EZpass tag in my vehicles. It is there as a convenience but you will be invoiced once the charges have been made available to me? If guests go through toll without paying cash at the toll booth they will be invoice seven to ten days after their trip has ended. Invoices will not be uploaded immediately. It will take time for the charges to post to my EZpass account.
