Guidelines

This vehicle is in 4-wheel drive at all times. The smell of marijuana smoke, smoke of any kind, ruins my vehicles for other customers. I will aggressively pursue reimbursement of cleaning fees for any vehicle, which can come to $250. WATCH THOSE TOLLS: each toll will be billed to you via Turo at $10 per instance, to cover the time and effort and fees I'm hit with for each one.

Faqs

  • How are tolls handled?

All tolls here in Colorado are tracked by license plate scan, and a bill is sent to me listing the vehicle, date, time, and location of the toll charge. Each toll will be billed to you via Turo at $10 per instance, to cover the time and effort and fees I'm hit with for each one.

Easy pickup and return from Denver airport. used this FJ for a ski trip up into Breckenridge for the weekend - perfect vehicle for the trip. Comfortably fit my two friends and I, all our luggage, and equipment. Also, it's a 6spd stick which was fantastic for the mountains!

This FJ was great! Got me from Denver to Boulder, then up into the mountains in a snow storm. No problems with handling. A blast to drive.

Trevor is a pleasure to work with. This is my second time renting from him, and his FJs are outstanding for navigating the Rockies in the snow. He is a great communicator and makes the entire rental process seamless

BEWARE! What I thought would be a smooth transaction because a headache to deal with. I booked the car picking up and dropping off at Denver International. When I got to Denver, I was told I would be picking up the car at an offsite parking lot and I would have to take a shuttle. I was not told this prior but I guess this is how he reels people into booking. Once I got to the car, the vehicle inside was dirty with snow. He clearly does not clean his cars before renting them. It is not an excuse that it is snowing to give your customer a dirty car Trevor. Once I was ready to drive off the lot, I was hit with a $40 parking fee that now Trevor is not responding to my messages to reimburse me. Again, had I known I would be picking up the car outside of Denver International and spending an extra $40, I would have booked another vehicle- too many inconveniences already. As far as the driving experience of the car it was ok. He did leave the car with extremely low washer fluid and low gas which is another burden because when you pick a car, the first thing you do not want to do it top off the fluids. When I was ready to return the vehicle, I messaged Trevor via the Turo app regarding the drop off. He did not respond and I decided to drop off the vehicle at a garage in Denver International which is where I was supposed to pick up and drop off when I booked the trip. Trevor decides to go on a tantrum and starts threatening me with huge fees and questioning "What type of man am I". He wanted me to drop it off in the same lot that he uses. Trevor, people are paying to pick up and drop off at DENVER INTERNATIONAL , not some off site lot that is convenient to you. He wants you to run his rental business for him. On top of that, he wanted me to wash his car for him. You would think that someone with over 250 trips would know how to treat his customers. I feel like I know what a crazy ex-boyfriend is like. Trevor get your stuff together and do not be tricking people into thinking they are picking up in one location and then you change the location when they get there. Also, These vehicles have over 200K miles on them. This is not something that is not too reassuring when you are planning on driving the amount of miles included especially when you are driving in the middle of nowhere. Get your stuff together Trevor.

Trevor's response

Vehicle pick-up and drop-off are at official airport parking. Anthony's mistaken and never left the airport to collect the vehicle — which he did in the middle of a three-day snow storm. https://www.flydenver.com/pikespeak I never heard anything negative from Anthony about the vehicle until I told him I'd be seeking reimbursement for the way he left the car. Anthony easily ranks within the worst five customers I've had. I was blind-sided with this behavior and his harassment afterwards

This was my first experience with Turo and I’m pleased to report everything went well. With communication every step of the way, Trevor made sure everything was good to go from start to finish. I would recommend all of the above to anyone, this was an awesome experience!
