Unfortunately the car we received was not clean and for a supposed luxury vehicle, it was very beat down. Musty smell when the car ac was on and for use in florida the ac pretty much had to be on the whole time. Clothing from the previous users was left in the car, so it was clearly not inspected upon return. The 3rd row did not accommodate our car seat and when we messaged for help with installing it, we were met with rudeness and even insults. I would not recommend using this company. As a first time Turo user, we were not sure what to expect. Hopefully this is not how all companies operate on this platform. Turo itself was great and maybe we just got a “bad egg” with this user. We returned the car after only a day and went with a standard rental company and the experience was much better.
