This car was horrible!!! It didn't drive well and on the first night it started to make a loud clicking sound when you turned on the a/c. The next morning the engine light came on. When I messaged the host he did not respond in a timely manner. I requested a full refund and only received part. I returned the car only to be questioned as if I caused the damage. I filled the tank back up, but I feel I should have been given the full refund for all of the inconvenience this car caused. I had to scramble and find a new car to get out family weekend back on track.

Trip was perfect. Communication with Matias was excellent and vehicle was in great condition both aesthetically and mechanically. Thank you for the exceptional experience!

Matias thank you for an awesome Turo experience. I appreciated all your timely communication through the entire process. Your pickup location was very convenient to the airport. Your vehicle was ready and beautifully cleaned and ready to go. There were 5 of us on this trip and we were able to enjoy Fort Myers in comfort. We look forward to working with you again on our future trips to FLA.
