Good news since your rental is literally waiting for you it’s ok that you’re late. Just update me of your new arrival time either by text or Turo messages. No need to apologize, it’s not your fault anyway.
Usually the answer is yes. Just make the change on the Turo app and I usually approve it. You may incur an extra day charge if the change times require it.

this was my. first time using Turo and this was the best experience every renting a vehicle and the agent was very attentive and patient in dealing with me i have a handicap and there was no rush on me very understanding and the vehicle was superb and the price was more than fair. I would definitely rent from these guys again.
