If there's damage/evidence of smoking guest will be penalized with a violation fee from Turo. •NO PETS Fur is extremely difficult to remove. There will be a fee if pet fur or evidence of pet is found. • NO HEAVY LUGGAGE ON SEATS This vehicle has leather seats, please be cautious of everything placed on all seats. We kindly request our guests to please not place any big heavy luggage, sharp objects or drinks on seats as this can damage the leather. Place all heavy luggage in cargo/trunk area. We have provided seat protectors for your use if you have more luggage than will fit in the cargo/trunk area. • **NO GLITTER** It’s extremely difficult to clean glitter • VIOLATIONS/TICKETS Guests are responsible for any parking tickets, towing tickets, fines and any other traffic violation tickets. We request our guests to be proactive in reporting violations and tickets to avoid any extra fees and violations. • DAMAGES DURING TRIP Guests are responsible for any vehicle damage during rental period. If damage or accident occurs during a trip, guest must contact host immediately for incident to be documented and make claim. All damage, including small blemishes, must be documented and reported. • VEHICLE TRACKING This vehicle has GPS Tracking and Apple Airtag on board for vehicle safety. DO NOT REMOVE as stolen vehicle alert will be triggered. ☆NO SMOKING ($250 fee will apply if rule is violated) ☆NO PETS ($150 deep cleaning fees will apply) ☆NO DRIVING TO CANADA/MEXICO (severe penalties and fees will apply) ☆OBEY ALL TRAFFIC LAWS ☆NO WRECKLESS DRIVING ☆NO RACING Note: all my vehicles are equipped with a system that collects driving data such as vehicle location, miles, driving behavior. This data may be shared with third parties for vehicle recovery or insurance purposes.

• What if I need more time with the car?

  1 HOUR BEFORE END OF TRIP: If you need to adjust your rental return, please process a change request through the Turo app or website at least 1 hour before the scheduled end date/time. IF YOU'RE LATE TO RETURN THE CAR: We strive to provide great service with a delivered, sanitized vehicle. In order to accommodate the rental schedule, we can only provide a 20 minute grace period for your return. If the car is returned 20 minutes after the scheduled return time, a fee of $100 will be charged after your trip ends.
