Binding Agreement you agree to the following by booking: 1- You agree that you are personally responsible for the $2,500 out of pocket to cover any damages caused during your trip. If damage is less than deductible You further agree to pay us directly and immediately for those damages no later than 24 hours from the trip end time. 2- You agree to provide a copy of your driver license. 3- You agree to our terms and conditions to proceed with direct collection efforts including negative reporting to your credit file if you fail to pay your responsibilities. 4- You agree to immediately file a police report in case of any incident, never leave the scene before doing so, and to provide us with a copy including all details, driver exchange information, reports, photos, parties involved, etc. 5-You agree to pick up and drop off the vehicle in PERSON, no one else is authorized to do so on your behalf, failure to do so is subject to cancellation and appropriate fine & penalty. 6-You agree that no one else will be permitted to drive the vehicle unless you add the driver to the trip and confirm approval. 7-You agree that vehicle will not be used in any illegal activity or non-permitted use, including but not limited to, excessive acceleration, drag racing, drifting, tire burnout, drug use or transportation, prostitution or trafficking, child abduction, terrorist activities, weapon transportation, crossing State Line without prior approval. 8- You agree that the vehicle is returned on time, unless vehicle extension is approved 24hrs prior. (CAR IS NEW) ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE CHARGED FOR: SMOKING-$250 PETS-$75 VEHICLE RETURNED LATE-$20per/hr DIRTY INTERIOR (STAINS & TRASH)-$50 DENTS AND SCRATCHES(CAR IS NEW)(Fee unknown until damage is assessed) CAR NOT RETURNED AT PROPER FUEL LEVEL(UNLESS FUEL IS PREPAID)
