No Pets! Love the doggos but not in the Tesla. :) Do not run out of charge or you will be responsible for towing fees. Do not take up a stall on a charger as Tesla will charge idle fees. Bring back charged unless you have purchased the prepaid EV recharge option. Please do not smoke or vape in our Tesla, there is a $250.00 fee for cleaning the smell out of the vehicle. Please be mindful of the excessive dirt, mud, sand, insects, and/or salt. We will charge a cleaning fee to have this removed. Enjoy the Ride.

• I have never driven a Tesla and I'm nervous to rent it. What should I do?

• Are Tesla supercharging stations free to use?

  No, they are not. Each time you use a Tesla charging station for fast charging, my credit card on file will be charged, and I will bill you separately at the end of your trip.

• Where can I find current and existing Supercharger stations?

  To find a Supercharger station near you, visit the interactive Find Us map. Use the Navigation system in the Tesla to find the closest charging stations near the Tesla.

• How much does it cost to charge the Tesla using a supercharge station?

  Pricing to use a Supercharger may vary by location, and prices may change from time to time. All prices include taxes and fees. Specific pricing for each Supercharger location is shown on the popup of the selected pin on the navigation application on the vehicle touchscreen. Certain Supercharger stations offer on-peak and off-peak rates. The rates and peak times are both displayed in the navigation application on the vehicle touchscreen.

• How long can I park at a Supercharger?

  Once your vehicle has reached the range necessary to get to your next destination, please move your vehicle so other drivers can charge. Vehicles parked at a Supercharger beyond an active charge session will be subject to idle fees.

• Are Superchargers always open?

  Almost all Supercharger stations are open for charging 24 hours a day. However, nearby amenities are subject to business hours.

• What are idle fees?

  Idle fees apply to any car occupying a Supercharger if the station is at least 50% full and once the charge session is complete. If the car is moved within 5 minutes of the charge session completion, the fee is waived.

• How do I use 3rd party chargers?

  A J1772 adapter will be in the vehicle for your use. Please note: Guests have been taking and/or losing our adapters. I will be photographing the adapters prior to each use. The adapter is $149 plus tax, and you will be charged if any of the adapters are lost during your trip.

• Where do I wash and clean the vehicle before I return from my booking?

  We have a premium monthly plan with Charlie's Car Wash in 2 locations either Kaysville ( 331 N 400 W, Kaysville, UT 84037) or West Valley City (5556 W 2455 S. West Valley City, UT 84120) locations. They have free vacuums and cleaning supplies as well.

• What is the process for parking in the Economy parking lot?

  When parking in the Economy Lot at Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), it's important to allocate sufficient time to ensure a smooth transition from parking to the ticketing counter. Here's a breakdown to help you plan: Shuttle Service from Economy Lot: • Frequency: Shuttles depart every 8 to 10 minutes. • Duration: The ride to the terminal typically takes around 10 minutes, depending on traffic and time of day. Recommended Time Allocation: 1. Parking and Shuttle Wait Time: Allocate approximately 20 minutes to find a parking spot, wait for the shuttle, and travel to the terminal. 2. Additional Buffer: Add an extra 10 minutes to account for any unforeseen delays. Total Suggested Time: Plan for at least 30 minutes from the moment you enter the Economy Lot until you reach the ticketing counter. General Airport Arrival Recommendations: • Domestic Flights: Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure. • International Flights: Arrive at least 3 hours prior to departure.
