Nice car

Great car, easy process. Host were nice people.

I totally in love with this car. I was sad when it was time to return. Overall the car is great quality and pick up was a breeze. Car was nice and clean , had a slight smoke smell but nothing too bad. My kids and myself used it for our spring break trip to south padre island. We had zero complications along the way. My kids were also happy for the space. We will definitely be renting from again,

UNSAFE Vehicle!

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I really feel obligated to do so on this one.
I paid full price and even purchased the premium coverage on the vehicle. This is a business trip and I rent all the time with no problems from other hosts or rental car companies.

1. Unsafe vehicle - check engine light, headlight out, radio shuts off intermittently, gurgling noise from the dashboard… I told the host right away about these issues and he either says not to worry about it and about the headlight asked me to fix it because he doesn’t know how. Of course I do not have time to do so as this was a business trip… and not my responsibility.
Since I could not drive the vehicle at night (no headlight) to my business dinner because I did not want to get a ticket violation. So I had to incur Uber costs each way. ($40 each way)

2. Delivery was Late to arrive - 20 minutes - yet the delivery charge was not discounted… making me late to a work meeting

I will not be renting from this host again,.,
