Raushanah was AWESOME!!! This was my 1st time using anything but Costco car rental and I had tons of questions. I was uneasy about it but really wanted to try it because I was tired of not knowing exactly what car I would get when I showed up. She was so patient with me. I hope I didn’t drive her crazy with my questions but if I did she was never anything but considerate, kind, and patient. She answered when I called or text when we spoke in May and she was so thorough, I completely trusted her and we didn’t speak again until our trip in September. I got nervous again a couple days before and she immediately put my husband and I at ease. By the end of our trip I hugged her and felt I had gained a sweet friend. Loved her! I 100% would rent from her again and recommend her highly to others. The Jeep was great. No troubles. Very smooth ride and clean. I will now do Turo instead of regular car rental places because this was so easy. Thanks Raushanah. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 STARS all the way!
