Guidelines
For your safety, our safety, and for comfort of future drivers, it is important to follow all of Turo's guidelines and policies. We care about your safety and comfort and know that means maintaining and providing vehicles that will help create positive lasting memories. It's important to note that follow all Federal, State, and Local Laws, Guidelines, and Policies must be followed while the vehicle is in your care, which is after the keys have been handed to for none contactless pickups, and prior to completing the return Check list by the host and return of the keys. For contactless pickups, you are responsible for the vehicle begins from the start of your reservation and ends at the end of your reservation. It is your responsibility to return the vehicle as it was given to you as described in Turo's policies. Please be reminded, this is a No Smoking vehicle.

Will I have to be present at drop off or pickup?
While I follow and am bound to Turo's practices, policies, and procedures at this time I will extend contactless pickup and drop off to customer's that have made three or more reservations, along with some other discounts.
Is "StarLight" Professionally cleaned before each trip?
Absolutely! both after and before each trip, StarLight is professionally cleaned inside and out for your and our safety, to take care of our vehicle, and because I really do want you to be comfortable. We want this vehicle to be a part of the best experience.
What is it about the Durango (StartLight) that makes it a winner for you?
Look, StarLight definitely has a sense of presence and Presidential elegance. The vehicle simply moves like nothing I've driven and I have driven in almost everything. For my family, and I mean personally, this is a vehicle of choice for safety, reliability, and function for any occasion.
