🔥 To ensure a safe and pleasant trip, here are some reminders before we hand-off the vehicle: - NO PETS - NO SMOKING or VAPING - NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL 🔥 The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as it was received and back to the same gas level (FULL). It's not necessary to wash or clean the vehicle, but excessive dirt or filth may result in a fee. 🔥 Any phone charging cables and phone holders provided by the host must be left in the vehicle at the end of the trip. 🔥 Go to your Turo booking and upload a selfie holding your driver’s license as part of Turo’s verification requirement. We need this to confirm your license to drive so NO ID, NO booking. 🔥 Please upload pre and post trip pictures to document the car’s condition and odometer readings. 🔥 Please observe your allocated miles. Any excess miles will be noted and charged for upon check-out. 🔥 Your Turo incident card can be found in the glove box for roadside assistance. Please report any accidents or damages IMMEDIATELY to Turo: (415) 965 4525. Any undeclared damages to the vehicle will have to be filed after your trip. Please understand that this is a personal car, and we only ask that you return it in the same condition you found it and report any damages so we can request Turo to help us resolve the issue since you are covered by Turo's protection plan.   • Will the car be cleaned/disinfected?

    Absolutely, YES! All of our cars are cleaned and disinfected prior to each trip per Turo guidelines.

  • I didn’t get a chance to fill up the tank before returning the car. Is there a charge for you to fill it up for me?

    🔥 Yes, we will charge you the going rate for the gas, plus a $10 Turo fee. 🔥 IMPORTANT: IF THE GAS LEVEL IS LESS THAN THE LEVEL AT PICKUP, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE AMOUNT OF GAS REQUIRED TO RETURN IT TO THE LEVEL AT PICKUP, PLUS A $10.00 CONVENIENCE FEE.

  • What are the car's maintenance requirements?

    We regularly maintain our vehicles to ensure they stay safe and in top condition.

  • What if I spill something?

    JDM takes great pride in providing clean vehicles to our guests. And based on our guests’ reviews, they clearly appreciate it. We understand that accidents happen, but if you spill something, please clean up behind yourself. It’s much appreciated!

  • How should I return the vehicle?

    🔥 The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as it was received and back to the same gas level. 🔥 IMPORTANT: IF THE GAS LEVEL IS LESS THAN THE LEVEL AT PICKUP, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE AMOUNT OF GAS REQUIRED TO RETURN IT TO THE LEVEL AT PICKUP, PLUS A $10.00 CONVENIENCE FEE. 🔥 It's not necessary to wash or clean the vehicle, but excessive dirt or filth may result in a fee.

  • Can I pick up at one location and return to another?

    Currently, no. All vehicles must be picked up and returned to JDM’s designated home locations.

  • Can I add a driver?

    YES! You can add up to eight additional drivers for free! 🔥 After booking your trip, navigate to the TRIP DETAILS page | Tap "ADD DRIVER" (THE ADDED DRIVER[S] MUST HAVE THEIR OWN SEPARATE EMAIL ADDRESS AND CELL PHONE NUMBER TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH TURO). 🔥 This sends an email to the additional driver(s), instructing them to create a Turo account. Turo will then approve or disapprove them as an additional driver. 🔥 REMEMBER, ONLY THE PRIMARY DRIVER CAN PICK UP AND RETURN THE VEHICLE!

  • Is the vehicle equipped with a Toll Pass?

    We are currently equipping our fleet with Georgia Peach Passes. This pass is primarily used for high-occupancy toll lanes and express toll lanes on Interstate 75, I-85, and I-575 in metro Atlanta.   • What should I do in the event of a flat tire or accident?

    Turo provides 24/7 roadside assistance for accidents, breakdowns, and other issues if you or your host have chosen a protection plan through Turo. If you need roadside assistance, contact JDM by phone or a message in the Turo app to inform us about the incident. Then, contact Turo at 1-888-391-0460 (CA) or 1-415-965-4525 (US).

  • Is the vehicle equipped with Bluetooth?
