Description

Extremely sure footed in the snow/ice. All Wheel Drive is great but add studded snow tires and its a snow beast. Heated seats(front), heated exterior mirrors and windshield wiper defrost. Warms up quickly. Middle bucket seats have their own heat/air conditioning controls. Very roomy, 2 front and 2 middle bucket seats with middle seat (or fold down divider) plus rear bench type seats which seat 2. Rear bench seat folds down providing lots and lots of room for stuff. Power rear hatch. 6 way power drivers seat. Tow hitch and I have a cargo carrier if you need one. Good sound system, and overall in very good shape. Will deliver it to Airport or nearby, ~10miles or so. I enjoyed driving it up the Alcan this summer (and so it has a new windshield, ha!). Was one owner rig and well taken car of, she said she 'babied it', and mostly highway miles. Very smooth ride better than a Sienna, I have 2, and way better than a 4 Runner which is on a truck frame so rides like a truck.

Guidelines

No smoking, no towing without checking with me and me approving, and No driving on gravel roads, ie Dalton, Denali or McCarthy highways. Watch out for Moose! Old timer told me he'd been driving a road notorious for Moose getting hit, Chena Hot Springs Rd, and never hit one. When it's dark (pretty much all Winter) he would not drive faster than 45. If you're doing 65 and see a Moose suddenly crossing road by the time you've hit the brakes and then are up to the Moose you maybe are slowed down to 45 which is too fast to be able to really steer away from Moose. But at 45 then braking you're down to under 30 by the time you're up to the Moose. Which gives you some control for quick steering away from it.

The car is perfect for the snowy roads in the Fairbanks area. Paul supplied everything we needed. The car is clean & in great shape with plenty of room for the 4 of us with luggage. Appreciate Paul meeting us at the airport.
