Failure to follow these rules will result in rental refusals immediate action fines fees and law-enforcement involvement. Have fun and please be save. FYI - Changes to the cleaning policy Hosts will be able to charge a $150 violation fee for abusive and irresponsible cleaning issues. FYI - Changes to the no smoking policy The “smoking with evidence” fee will increase from $150 to $250 to help offset the cost to hosts — and to be clear with guests that smoking of any kind is unacceptable.

Worst Turo experience. Car was rear damaged in fire 3 days ago and the host informed me only after I went to pick the car. I asked him why he did not cancel the trip as this happened 3 days ago, he said Turo would charge him if he cancels the trip. Very very frustrated. I ended up not renting the car after seeing the car condition., which was very unsafe. My whole trip plan and schedule was spoiled . Very very frustrated as my day off was screwed up due to irresponsible Turo host. Car was also dirty and gas was almost empty.

Dwight and his Kia were both amazing. Going to be very hard to beat that level of friendliness and helpfulness. Clean vehicle, ran great, no complaints!
