Hassle-free and smooth pickup and drop off! Definitely recommend renting from Lorena. She was very helpful and communicative! We extended our trip and the host walked us through the process and she even made sure we’d secure the extension. Very clean and spacious vehicle that made our holiday trip enjoyable.
